Your culture can inspire or drain employees.

Imagine a workplace culture that invites employees to be their most productive and creative.

Leaders strive to create cultures of engagement, attract, develop and retain top talent, and produce strong results. But there are various reasons why your workplace lacks these competitive advantages – inconsistent values, poor communication, inadequate delegation, and lack of accountability, to name a few. Leadership consultant and executive coach Shani Magosky works in partnership with you and your leaders to shift your culture to a dynamic one that inspires committed employees who WANT to delight your customers and execute on your business strategy.

Better culture leads to greater success.

Most senior leaders live and breathe their business strategy, yet very few focus the same effort on creating the right culture - one that support the execution of the strategy. Simply put, culture is what leaders tolerate of themselves and others. Elevating the importance of culture to the same level as strategy is THE KEY to greater success.

How will we shift your company’s culture? A bunch of long, boring lectures or endless PowerPoint slides? #NoWay! Our LeaderShift System and simple yet powerful tools will help you build a culture of trust, engagement, and execution excellence.

What is The LeaderShift Project?

It's where business strategy and culture finally meet.

Imagine what the workplace would be like if it were filled with better leaders. Your best employees would stick around. They’d be more productive. Customer satisfaction would go up. You’d make more money. One person—a better leader—can change an environment. And a better environment can change everything.

People leave poor managers or toxic cultures, not companies. When you're a leader, the responsibility to have a successful team is in your hands. That means you have a choice to build a culture that inspires your team, or one that drains it. A choice to cut the BS rhetoric and do something bold and different.

We have two goals.

We want to make your job—as a leader—more fulfilling, to help you show up at work every day in a way that gets you the respect you deserve, the business results you commit to, and the career trajectory you want.

We also want to help make your team, department, business unit, and entire organization deliver above-target results.

All of this starts with a being a great leader who sustains an empowering culture in which your people consistently deliver on your brand promise. This is how to delight customers and boost profits. It's where business strategy and culture meet. And we can show you how.

Ready to ``get your SHIFT together`` (i.e. finally merge your business strategy and culture)?

The LeaderShift Project has a pretty lofty dream: we want to see a world filled with better leaders. Why? Because great leaders build better cultures, and most company cultures today are mediocre, inconsistent, and poorly defined; the worst ones are downright toxic. Better cultures inspire committed employees who WANT to delight your customers and execute on your business strategy.
