She works with leaders to see where their core competencies lie, how to discover their own strengths and gifts, and how to work from their creative vs. reactionary selves to increase leadership impact and maximize business results. Jennifer has helped many individuals and groups—from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 executives to attorneys to architects to coaches—find the inspiration to achieve meaningful personal growth. Her areas of specialty include maximizing leadership effectiveness, building resilience and inner strength, becoming comfortable with conflict, improving work relationships and productivity, and attaining inner peace through mindfulness and emotional processing. Prior to Executive Coaching, Jennifer spent 25 years working in diverse roles in brand management, sales, marketing, and investment banking with firms including General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and Kidder Peabody. Jennifer received an MBA from Stanford, a BA from Tufts, and trained at the Co- Active Training Institute (CTI). She is certified as a PCC from the International Coach Federation and as a CPCC from CTI. She is also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and Co-Active Leadership (CTI).
