Having worked for venerable institutions and unknown startups, in a range of economies from bubble to recession, and in revenue producing, advisory, and senior leader roles, she’s walked many miles in her clients’ shoes.
Shani spent the early part of her career at Goldman Sachs analyzing, executing, and marketing deals for a wide array of companies globally. Later transitioning to executive management roles, she served as GM of a TV station in Vail, CO and COO/CFO of an all-virtual marketing firm. The LeaderShift Project™ and HELL YEAH ACADEMY were born from her passion for helping people and organizations “get their shift together.”
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Shani also has a myriad of other certifications that she blends into her unique approach to working with clients. In her free time, you can find her rock climbing, mid-vinyasa at her favorite yoga studio, riding her Harley, or watching her beloved University of Miami Hurricanes.
