Leadership Presentation and Influence Skills

Great presentations are organic but not gluten-free

(aka: authentic and not boring)


Better bosses know that leadership is a conversation, and ANY communication is really a presentation. As such, they need to be able to communicate their ideas effectively to influence other people and drive results. Those other people may include their own leadership, direct reports, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, partners, and shareholders.

Participants will:

  • Via fun movie analogies, learn the key elements of structuring and delivering effective business presentations
  • Understand the difference between “doing” and “being” their message
  • Practice, practice, practice to give and get plenty of feedback
  • Increase comfort level and confidence to present and win business
  • Adopt techniques to reduce stress before and while presenting​

Optional supporting services:

  • The Art and Science of Co-Facilitating – supplemental ½ day workshop that equips people with the tools and techniques to lead seamlessly together in meetings, sales pitches, and other leadership situations
  • 1:1 or small group presentation coaching, feedback, and preparation – hourly consulting
