Overview
Better bosses know that leadership is a conversation, and ANY communication is really a presentation. As such, they need to be able to communicate their ideas effectively to influence other people and drive results. Those other people may include their own leadership, direct reports, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, partners, and shareholders.
Participants will:
- Via fun movie analogies, learn the key elements of structuring and delivering effective business presentations
- Understand the difference between “doing” and “being” their message
- Practice, practice, practice to give and get plenty of feedback
- Increase comfort level and confidence to present and win business
- Adopt techniques to reduce stress before and while presenting
