In an impromptu and open-hearted discussion of the leadership issues to consider during this unprecedented time of Covid-19, I’m joined by valued collaborator and fellow leadership development enthusiast, Daniel Kimble, CEO of Resonance Executive Coaching and co-host of the Unshakable Influence podcast. In many ways, our discussion took us  back to basics: communicate clearly, frequently and throughout every part of the org – especially about current priorities, upcoming changes, and revised accountabilities; lean into your own and your org’s mission, vision, and values when making tough decisions; be compassionate and take a “we” stance; and pay attention to your own self-care and gratitude practice. And of course, continue to mine the lessons in the experiences. As rough as circumstances are, there are silver linings in reconnecting to the purposes, people, and interests that matter most.
